Upstate man accused of stealing lottery tickets from employer

PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — An Upstate man was placed under arrest for reportedly stealing lottery tickets from his place of employment.

47-year-old Charles Ray Seawright, of Pickens, was charged by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) with two counts of intent to defraud by counterfeiting game tickets on Saturday, October 4.
