The man accused of killing 19-year-old Dacara Thompson was indicted on three charges, including murder, according to the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Office.
Hugo Hernandez-Mendez, 35, was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree murder in September in the death of Thompson.
