TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Domestic violence deaths increased in the year ending June 30, 2025, to their highest levels since a victim advocacy group started tracking fatalities in the state.
The Ohio Domestic Violence Network released its annual fatality report this week. It found the number of domestic violence fatalities increased 37% year-over-year from 114 in 2023-24 to 157 in 2024-25.
