SAPD: Man hospitalized after accidentally being stabbed by ex-girlfriend as she threatened vagrant with knife

SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department says a man was accidentally stabbed by his ex-girlfriend as she threatened a man at their door with a knife.

Around 11:15 a.m., officers responded to the 3100 block of Roosevelt Avenue after receiving reports of a stabbing at a south-side apartment complex.

SAPD says the woman was still living with her ex-boyfriend and at some point she had brought over a vagrant individual to do drugs…
