Moody Tongue Sushi Debuts New Menu

(Press Release) ​MICHELIN Selected Moody Tongue Sushi at Hilton West Palm Beach has launched a new 13 course omakase menu and beer pairing, starting on Thursday, October 9. The fall-inspired menu is priced at $185 with a curated beer pairing for an additional $75, offered Thursday through Saturday evenings at 6:00, 7:30 and 8:30 PM. Moody Tongue Sushi will also offer an 8 course omakase dinner during a 5 PM seating priced at $95 with a beer pairing for $45.

The new menu will include a Hokkaido Scallop Hand Roll with wasabi, corn, potato skin, and bacon fat, paired with the Allstar Peach Wild Ale. This specialty lambic-style ale has hints of Chardonnay, and the Allstar peaches are sourced from Mick Klug Farm in St. Joseph, Michigan, according to Moody Tongue Brewmaster and Co-Founder Jared Rouben.

Other new menu items include Hamachi with miso mole sauce, sesame seeds, and micro cilantro, paired with a Cherry Oud Bruin, featuring Balaton cherries from the same Michigan farmer. “This beer was created for the Pinot Noir fans,” said Rouben…
