LITTLE RIVER, S.C. (WBTW) — A farmer in Little River is concerned about what the plans to extend Highway 31 could do to her and her family’s farm.
A nearly $800 million project to extend Highway 31 includes routes that would cross state lines through Indigo farms in Horry County. The proposed project will extend Carolina Bays Parkway across state lines from Highway 9 in Horry County all the way to Highway 17 in Brunswick County, North Carolina.
