Bexar County jury convicts man of deadly conduct in fatal nightclub shooting

A 36-year-old man was found guilty of deadly conduct in a shooting outside a Northwest Side nightclub that left one man dead and injured three others in a historic case at the Bexar County Courthouse.

Noah James Patterson was on trial for murder in connection with the death of Devon James King of Corpus Christi. But the guilty verdict handed down Wednesday was for a downgraded charge, according to KSAT.

Patterson’s punishment phase is underway. He faces a prison sentence of two to 20 years…
