The “Teacher in the Library” program, which officially began this fall, offers a welcoming space for students in grades 3 through 6 to receive personalized homework help—completely free of charge.
Located at 1001 Golfview Drive in Richmond, George Memorial Library now hosts two certified teachers Monday through Thursday, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Students can drop in anytime during those hours to get assistance with homework, test preparation, study habits, and research skills. No appointment is necessary, and there’s no limit to how often students can attend.
