Lincoln Electric System to hold public meeting over 2026 budget proposal

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln Electric System (LES) will hold a public meeting Thursday on a 2026 budget proposal that includes a 3% increase to retail electric rates.
