LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln Electric System (LES) will hold a public meeting Thursday on a 2026 budget proposal that includes a 3% increase to retail electric rates.
The meeting will take place at the Kevin Wailes Operations Center in Lincoln at 6 p.m.
