A pedestrian is dead after a crash on Tulane Avenue.
New Orleans Police say it happened Wednesday night.
“At about 7:53 p.m., NOPD First District officers responded to a call of a vehicle crash,” according to a news release. “New Orleans EMS arrived on scene and transported the victim to a local hospital, where he was later declared deceased.”…
