NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A man was struck and killed by a car in New Orleans on Wednesday, Oct. 8.
According to the New Orleans Police Department, at 7:53 p.m., they were alerted of a man lying in the road at the intersection of Tulane Avenue and South Scott Street.
