HALFMOON, N.Y. (WNYT) — Two men from Schenectady are facing felony charges after a traffic stop in Halfmoon.
State Police received a complaint about a vehicle being driven erratically on Route 9 in Halfmoon on Oct. 3 just after 11 p.m. Troopers located the vehicle and stopped it on Pruyn Hill Road.
