A 48-year-old man has been arrested after a deadly crash and kidnapping in Montclair earlier this week.
Jorge Tafolla Jr. was arrested at his home in Hesperia and was booked into the West Valley Detention Center on kidnapping and homicide charges, according to the Montclair Police Department.
