PENSACOLA, Fla. — Pensacola Mayor D.C. Reeves says the number of blighted properties in the city have become a problem.
He says the city has been drafting an ordinance to forgive liens on some of those properties. Many of the blighted properties across the city have code enforcement liens on them.
