Arrests made in New Orleans unclassified death turned homicide investigation

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Arrests have been made in the case of a Central Business District. homicide.

According to the New Orleans Police Department, around 7:42 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 8, officers were called by Tulane Police on a report of a man down near the corner of Gravier Street and Loyola Avenue.

Officers and EMS arrived to the scene and pronounced the person dead on the scene.
