Minneapolis and St. Paul rank among the greenest cities in the country

At a time the federal government is deregulating environmental protections and decreasing support for renewable technologies, personal finance site WalletHub has released a study looking into the “greenest” cities in the United States.

In it, the Twin Cities placed highly among the cities included in the survey. Minneapolis ranked 8th, while St. Paul was just a few spots behind at 12th.

The survey looked at the 100 largest cities in the country across 28 “key indicators of environmental friendliness and sustainability,” WalletHub says…
