ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Eisenhower Middle School was evacuated Thursday afternoon after a student allegedly released pepper spray inside the building.
At 2:36 p.m., police and fire personnel responded to the school, located at 3525 Spring Creek Road.
In a letter sent to families, “Some areas remain closed until cleaning is complete. Students with lockers in those areas cannot retrieve belongings at this time. Dismissal will proceed as scheduled.”…
