SALEM, Ore. – A 31-year-old Salem man was arrested Wednesday in connection with two separate road rage shooting incidents.
Dane Steven Joseph Lacey was taken into custody at his home on Oct. 8 after investigators allegedly linked him to shootings that occurred in September 2023 and February 2024. No injuries were reported in either incident.
