CHP nabs suspects in San Fernando Valley after Apple heist in Sparks

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) successfully apprehended two individuals in the San Fernando Valley this afternoon, hours after a significant theft of Apple products was reported in Sparks, Nevada.

The incident began around 7:30 a.m. today when a semi-trailer loaded with a substantial quantity of Apple products was broken into and stolen, according to law enforcement, from the Alamo truck stop on East Greg Street in Sparks. Sparks Police immediately launched an investigation, issuing a Be On the Lookout (BOLO) alert to law enforcement partners across state lines for a white van believed to be involved.
