EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — A driver was arrested in Evansville after police say they spotted him going 95 miles per hour on the Lloyd Expressway.
An officer was conducting speed enforcement on the Lloyd around 7:30 p.m. Thursday when they say they saw 20-year-old Noah Parish going 94 MPH in a pickup truck.
When the officer pulled out to follow the truck, they say Parish took off and started weaving in and out of all three lanes in an attempt to get away…
