MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A 68-year-old man who was struck by a vehicle while he attempted to cross Azalea Road Thursday morning has died as a result of his injuries, Mobile police said.
It happened just before 7 a.m. near Airport Boulevard.
Police said James Bates was taken to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries…
