MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – An investigator on Wednesday recounted the evidence that prosecutors contend supports a reckless manslaughter charge against a Bayou La Batre man.
That evidence includes a forensic examination, witness testimony and these chilling words from a 911 call that Detective Jordan Towery testified came from the phone of Amy Bosarge moments before she died: “Help me. Help me. He’s trying to kill me.”
