NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A Nashville man with a long criminal history, including a recent conviction for chasing students at Vanderbilt University, will undergo a mental health evaluation for charges in open cases.
State lawmakers told FOX 17 News the money for the evaluation comes from a complementary bill to Jillian’s Law, designed to keep suspected offenders with mental health issues off the streets.
