NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — A North Providence man who has went viral year after year for his out-of-this-world Halloween displays is back at it again for 2025.
In 2023, Steven Simoneau, who has always loved Halloween, decided to go big with his yard display.
