New York Courts Introduce AI Use Policy

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) — Chief Administrative Judge Joseph A. Zayas has introduced a policy to guide the use of artificial intelligence within the New York Unified Court System.

Interim Policy on the Use of Artificial Intelligence, developed by a committee formed in April 2024, sets clear principles for the responsible and ethical use of AI.
