BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — Police in Bowling Green say a man was arrested Wednesday night after a woman told officers he forced his way into her car – moments before leading them on a chase that ended in a three-vehicle crash.
The incident happened just after 7 p.m. when a Bowling Green police officer made contact with a vehicle with two people inside that was stopped in the roadway on Poe Road near North Prospect.
