CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Since November 2024, the Landlord and Tenant Success Initiative has supported 27 tenants in maintaining housing.
The pilot program aims to help those who have struggled with credit or evictions by providing a 12-month-lease – along with financial incentives for both landlords and tenants.
