DES MOINES, Iowa — Iowa coffee enjoyers are a step closer to enjoying Dutch Bros Coffee after the chain submitted a site plan to the City of Des Moines.
The site, located at 4800 SE 14th St, was previously operated as a Fazoli’s restaurant.
In June, a pre-application meeting with the city was held, and on Sept. 30, the site plan was submitted. In the pre-application meeting notes, the description for the proposed project is: “Demo Fazoli’s Restaurant and build a new drive-thru coffee shop.”…
