A heated argument over etiquette at a shopping center in Dallas escalated, leaving a 41-year-old woman shot and killed, according to multiple reports.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, Oct. 7, around 1 p.m. local time between the victim, Cecilia Simpson, and another woman, who police identified as Keona Hampton, KDFW and CBS News Texas reported.
