Asheville’s real estate bounces back: WNC Parade of Homes showcases resilience & renewal

ASHEVILLE, NC. (WLOS) — Much of Asheville’s real estate market in 2025 centered on recovery and rebuilding. From the devastation came determination, with local builders leading the way. News 13 looked at how local crews have helped families return home and how the region’s resilience is reshaping the housing market.

That will be on display during Western North Carolina’s Parade of Homes. It’s free, and will feature 25 homes to tour in person and more online. The event spans two weekends, October 11 through 12 and 18 through 19, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
