Two people arrested following drug bust in Alabama

ALABAMA — Two men were arrested on drug trafficking and other charges following a narcotics investigation in Jefferson County, officials said.

On Thursday, Sept. 25, detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, as part of Operation Guardian Sweep, were in the area of Highway 269 and McDonalds Chapel Road when they conducted a traffic stop on a car that failed to signal a lane change.

The stop led to the arrest of 26-year-old Robert Clark Jr. and 22-year-old Anthony Walker and the seizure of narcotics
