MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – According to court documents, Mark Anthony Flores Jr. is charged with manslaughter in connection to the death of Matthew Wiggins by “having an altercation.”
Wiggins was found severely injured on Sept. 27 on Moffett Road and Glenwood Road. He died 8 days later on Oct. 5.
According to jail records, 29-year-old Mark Anthony Flores Jr. was arrested on Oct. 7 and charged with manslaughter. He has since been released on a $30,200 bond.
Court documents said Flores’s actions recklessly caused the death of Wiggins.
