SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — San Diego rescue crews airlifted an injured hiker from a trail in Los Peñasquitos Canyon Friday afternoon.
Around two dozen firefighters with the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department responded to calls for an open space rescue on a trail in Los Peñasquitos Canyon near the 12100 block of Camino Del Sur in San Diego at 1:35 p.m. Friday.
