HOUSTON — The parents of a Kingwood mom who was shot and killed by her husband are speaking out after his sudden death in a Houston courtroom, where he had agreed to plead guilty.
Instead, James Paul Anderson collapsed after ingesting something and died at the hospital. It happened almost two years to the day that he killed his wife, Victoria Anderson.
