LENEXA, Kan. (WDAF) — “Justified” was the ruling from Johnson County District Attorney Steve Howe regarding a police shooting in Lenexa earlier this year that left 25-year-old Jose Enrique Cartagena-Chacon dead.
The deadly shooting happened in June at a Lenexa apartment complex.
