A Family In Need
At the base of the tree, the couple discovered a group of tiny puppies snuggled tightly against one another, with their exhausted mother lying close by. It was clear the mama had been giving everything she had to keep her babies alive.
Thin, thirsty, and worn down, she was in rough shape. But her puppies? Somehow, they looked surprisingly chubby and healthy for their age.
The couple knew they couldn’t just walk away. Without hesitation, they gathered the pups and their mom and brought them to Stray Rescue of St. Louis (SRSL), a rescue known for stepping in during tough cases like this.
