WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Sedgwick County Zoo has announced the death of its milking Devon cow, Faith.
The zoo said the 21-year-old had been declining in health in recent days, and the veterinary and animal care teams decided to humanely euthanize her. Staff said Faith was known for her gentle personality and her absolute love for bananas.
Faith also gave birth to multiple calves during her time at the zoo.
