NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A convicted felon was arrested Thursday night after Nashville robbery detectives reportedly saw him partake in hand-to-hand drug transactions.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, 33-year-old Roy Dean Frazier was observed participating in drug transactions at the Citgo gas station on Dickerson Pike and Ewing Drive.
Police said that detectives saw Frazier sit in his vehicle — a Nissan Maxima — at a gas pump for about 15 minutes without getting out of the car. During that time, two people allegedly conducted “exchanges” with Frazier.
