RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A new seafood and cocktail lounge has arrived in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition neighborhood.
Bar Buoy opened full time at 3200 Rockbridge Street starting on Sept. 22, offering seafood mainstays in a fish shack-inspired restaurant, as well as a variety of drinks.
