Banner has been at OC Animal Care in Tustin for about a month after coming in as a stray. Staff notations describe him as a shy but sweet dog with a big heart.
Staff descriptions also say he loves pets and treats, but he may need some extra patience when meeting new people.
Banner is currently available for adoption, and he’s eligible for the shelter’s October adoption promotion, which is waiving adoption fees for all dogs 25 pounds and over. He is also available as part of the shelter’s foster-to-adopt program.
