Capo 29, an upscale Italian restaurant concept from veteran restaurateur Bruce Marder, is preparing to open a new location in St. Helena at 61 Main Street.
The company’s new location is expected to replace Golden Harvest Restaurant later this year, according to a recent liquor license application. The new location will offer an expanded menu, a deep wine list, and a fine dining experience modeled after Capo Santa Monica, which has operated for over 25 years.
Capo 29 is the latest in a long line of restaurants from Marder, who began his culinary career in 1972 and currently operates Capo, Brentwood Restaurant and Lounge, Cora’s Coffee Shoppe, and The Rooster in Santa Monica.
