Dallas, TX – A Dallas County jury has found 40-year-old Quintrick Bickham guilty of Aggravated Robbery and Impersonating a Public Servant, sentencing him to 40 years in prison for posing as a police officer to commit a violent robbery.
In the early morning hours of July 28, 2024, Bickham followed a driver from a red light all the way to his apartment complex. Once the victim parked, Bickham approached wearing a dark vest with reflective stripes, handcuffs in view, and his hand resting on a holstered weapon—a calculated attempt to appear as a police officer. He ordered the victim to hand over his driver’s license, and believing Bickham was law enforcement, the victim complied.
After gaining the victim’s trust, Bickham searched the vehicle and stole $80 in cash and a pair of Apple AirPods. Luckily, a passenger in the victim’s car recorded the entire encounter on her phone…
