AG Mayes sues another Tucson mobile home park over unsafe living conditions

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes has filed another consumer fraud lawsuit against a Tucson mobile home park, this time targeting Palo Verde Mobile Homes for failing to inform residents about dangerous electrical conditions.

Adrian Melendez, who has lived at the park with his mother for more than a decade, said this past summer was nearly unbearable due to the electrical problems.
