Spooky science and dancing pumpkins take over at Santa Ana’s ‘Pumpkin Palooza’

If you’re ready to carve out some Halloween fun, Discovery Cube Orange County’s Pumpkin Palooza has returned with two floors of spooky science, sustainability and pumpkin-powered excitement.

Presented by OC Waste & Recycling, the family-friendly festival runs on weekends through Oct. 26 and features everything from bumper cars to composting lessons — plus the all-new Pumpkin Path, an interactive maze filled with games and surprises.

KTLA’s own “Pumpkin Princess,” Erin Myers, joined the festivities in Santa Ana, where kids and families can explore hands-on exhibits and learned how even Halloween can be sustainable…
