Greek Food Festival kicks off with traditional dishes and live entertainment

BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The annual Greek Food Festival kicked off tonight at St. George Greek Orthodox Church near downtown Bakersfield, offering a taste of Greece with dishes like gyro sandwiches, feta fries, and pastries.

Attendees can also enjoy live music and dancing.

The festival ended at 10 p.m. on Friday, but will continue on Saturday (11 a.m. – 10 p.m.) and Sunday (11 a.m. – 7 p.m.). Admission is $5.
