CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The Chattanooga Fire Department spent their Saturday morning visiting homes to inspect and replace smoke alarms in the North Brainerd neighborhood.
Working in collaboration with the American Red Cross, Chattanooga firefighters went door to door from 9 a.m. to noon, installing new smoke alarms or replacing batteries in homes during the “Sound the Alarm” event.
Firefighters say they went to over 120 houses in the neighborhood…
