LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — One person was taken to the hospital on Saturday evening after a shooting in the area of Kearney Ridge Boulevard.
According to the Lexington Fire Department (LFD), crews responded around 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 11 to reports of the shooting and found someone who had been shot at the intersection of Georgetown Road and Spurr Road.

The victim was taken to a local hospital in serious condition, but authorities said they were stable.
