LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock Police are investigating after a man was found with serious injuries in the area of 113th Street and Athens Avenue on Saturday afternoon.
The report of shots fired came in at 12:18 p.m. Officers found a man with a gunshot would who was taken to UMC for treatment.
Police believe this is an isolated incident…
