SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) -A grant request for Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation’s Head Start program has been funded.
$87,000 will provide nutritional and healthy food options for the children and families the nonprofit serves. The funds will also allow the agency to upgrade its outdated kitchens and educational materials.
