BOISE, IDAHO – The Filipino American Association of Idaho celebrates Filipino American History Month at the Sacred Heart School Gym. At the event, many community members enjoyed authentic Filipino food, vendors, and cultural performances such as Tinikling, Lawiswis Kawayan,and Sayaw sa Payong.
The Filipino American Assocation of Idaho is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting cultural awareness of Filipino Americans in Idaho. They are dedicated to creating spaces and connection through its cultural celebrations, youth development programs, and year-round social events that bring people in the Idaho community like family.
